Shipping & Returns
We do our best for our customers to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless another shipping method is selected. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Standard shipping can take up to 3 to 5 business days.
Free shipping on $50 orders.
Orders valued under $100 incur a $4.20 standard shipping fee.

Return of products
Before making a return for any reason, you must first notify us through our email info@brunettaaccessories.com , attaching the purchase invoice of the order.
You have 15 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Brunetta accessories. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
To make the return, you can go to your nearest Post Office and send the package to us at its its original packaging to the address we will provide. We recommend that you use a system that certifies delivery (certificate or acknowledgment of receipt). We will not be responsible for losses, delays or shipments to the wrong address of any product you wish to return to us. We will not accept returns sent after the deadline or postage due.
