Shipping Info
Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless another shipping method is selected. For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Standard shipping can take up to 3 to 5 business days.
Lost Packages Policy
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please contact us — we're here to help and will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
If your return is due to personal preference (e.g., you didn't like it, wrong choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All Brunetta pieces include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.
Email us at info@brunettaaccessories.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label if applicable.
