Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Brunetta pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

Returns (30 Days)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email us at info@brunettaaccessories.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.

Return shipping costs
If your return is due to personal preference (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@brunettaaccessories.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty (3 Months)
All Brunetta pieces include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
